Physiological factors are not the only reason that influence lifetime in Azerbaijan

Not only physiological factors, but also environmental and other factors have an impact on the lifetime in Azerbaijan, Deputy Health Minister Elsevar Agayev said at a press conference. Today, life expectancy for women is 73 years and men - 68 in Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan jumped by 35 degrees in the UN 2010- Human Development Report. The fact that life expectancy increased in Azerbaijan played a role in this upward trend.

Agayev expressed hope that the lifetime will further increase in Azerbaijan.
