Divorced parents, not allowing to meet with child, should be prosecuted in Azerbaijan

Divorced parents use a child for blackmail in Azerbaijan, the Supreme Court chairman Ramiz Rzayev said.

He stressed that divorced husband and wife must think about the interests of their child, rather than their own interests.

"Divorced husband and wife think only about their own interests," he said. "A child becomes an instrument of blackmail. This is a common problem in Azerbaijan."
