Ombudsman: Azerbaijan advances in ensuring human rights

Azerbaijan has achieved progress in ensuring human rights in recent years, Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova said at the election law courses held for the chairmen of district election commissions today.

"A perfect legal framework was established for the complete protection and provision of human rights. Despite this, the country still records violations of human rights. But there is no country, which does not observe such violations," Suleymanova said.
