Director of Turkey Office of US German Marshall Fund visits Azerbaijan University of Languages

Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages, MP, professor Samad Seyidov yesterday met with director of Turkish representation of the German Marshall Fund of the United States Ozgur Unluhisarcıklı.

According to press service of the University, Seyidov spoke of the activity of the University, saying 14 languages are being studied at the university. Along with languages the students learn the history and culture of the countries, the rector stressed.

Speaking on the activity of the Information Resource Complex at the University, Seyidov underlined “along with the students of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, local and foreign students of other universities could use this complex”.

The rector also spoke of the relations with Turkish Hacettepe, Ankara Universities and France`s University of Strasburg. Unluhisarcıklı said it is important to expand cooperation among the world`s leading universities.
