Mild quake hits Shamakhy, Azerbaijan

An earthquake measuring 3.0 magnitude has happened 19km south of the city of Shamakhy, Azerbaijan.

According to the Republican Seismological Service Center, the quake, epicentered at a depth of 6km, struck at 0412 GMT.

No casualties have been reported.
