Three cars collide in Azerbaijan, one dead, 5 injured

A fatal traffic accident took place at 20:30 yesterday in Azerbaijani Kachmaz region. The accident was observed at the 30th km of Gandob-Yalama highway in Mushkur village. According to the initial information, VAZ-2101 collided with Mercedes after which another Mercedes coming behind smashed into the collided cars.

As a result of the incident, 29 year-old Yasamal district resident Yunusov Faig Natig died and other five people got injured. They were taken to the nearest hospital.  Condition of Ramil Ismayilov, one of the injured, is considered aggravated.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
