Medet Guliyev: I want office conditions to be created for the prisoners in Azerbaijan

“Gobustan jail does not meet the modern standards,” chief of Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service Medet Guliyev said.

Medet Guliyev said Gobustan jail will be relocated. “Seven modern penitentiaries are being built. I want office conditions to be created for the prisoners in Azerbaijan. I want them to have access to internet, telephone, contact the society. We want to install air conditioners. But it must be done within the framework of the law. We are trying our best to make it all work,” he said.
