Medet Guliyev: The persons serving prison sentences have links with the criminal underworld

“The persons serving prison sentences have links with the criminal underworld,” chief of Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service Medet Guliyev said.

Medet Guliyev said there are facts of drug smuggling in the penitentiaries.
“We are trying to prevent these problems. Unfortunately, this remains a problem,” he said.
