One shot dead, another wounded in Azerbaijan’s Balakan region

A resident of Azerbaijan’s Balakan region shot dead his townsman and wounded another one.

The incident took place in a café in Gullar village of Balakan. Nastakalov Namig Teyyub, 27 shot dead Ismayilov Nizrov Sirajadin, 42 with an illegally bearing sporting gun. Another resident of Gullar village Telliyev Nurullah Mahma, 48 was wounded in his leg and hospitalized.

Nastakalov was detained. He is charged with deliberate murder. Investigators said he suffers from mental disease and underwent treatment in neurological hospital in Shaki region.
