Azerbaijani soldier hits mine

A soldier of the Azerbaijani Army hit a mine. The incident took place in the frontline in Azerbaijan’s Terter region.

19-year-old soldier Hasil Sarkhanov was wounded by a mine explosion in the neutral territory on the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops. The soldier was hospitalized.

Sarkhanov was called up by the Sabirabad region’s military commissariat in 2010.
