Ministry of Emergency Situations issues statement on wild fire in Ismayilli region

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan released a statement on wild fire in Ismayilli region of the country.

The ministry’s website reported that the report on the wild fire blazed up in Eyyubbeyli village of Ismayilli region, burning of bushes and small trees and extension of the fire into the forests was received today. 200 firefighters and 11 vehicles, as well as three helicopters were involved in extinguishing the fire, which was complicated by the conditions of mountainous areas. The fire covers 3-4 hectares of field and firefighting measures are continued.
