Azerbaijani, Japanese seismologists to cooperate

Leading Japanese companies and organizations involved in seismology will cooperate with Azerbaijan in seismology.

Şineyei Kaisa Manager Amano Re and Oyo İnternational expert Takahashi Masakazu arrived in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences told Trend.

The guests discussed the issues to conduct seismic studies in Azerbaijan and to study the current situation with regard to potential earthquakes, to share experience of the parties within the technical cooperation. After the meeting, the guests got acquainted with the principle of telemetry seismic stations of the national seismological service center of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences.
