Person arrested for murder dies in isolator in Azerbaijan

A person, arrested because of murder, died in the isolator in Azerbaijan.

Sabunchu District Prosecutor’s Office said that the incident has been recorded today in Baku Detention Facility. Balayev Aghali Hidayat, 34, who was kept in the isolator died on unknown occasion.

Baku Detention Facility said that Balayev died of heart attack.

The investigation is being conducted on the fact by Sabunchu District Prosecutor’s Office.

Deceased Balayev is accused of deliberate murder. Thus, on June 21, he killed his coeval Anar Aliyev because of dispute. He hit Anar with his knife in the region of dorsum.

According to the statement of the District’s Prosecutor’s Office, the murder was committed because of debt. Anar Aliyev was AZN 3 in debt to Aghali. They disputed for that money and the murder occurred.
