More than 99% pensioners receive pensions via plastic cards in Azerbaijan

Coverage of pension payments by plastic cards in rural areas has expanded in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund Salim Muslimov said at today’s board meeting.

According to his words, 100% of pensioners in Baku, 98.7% in villages, generally 99.45 of pensioners receive their pensions via plastic cards: “10 ATMs were installed in different regions of the country. Thus, the number of ATMs that provide services to pensioners has reached 507”.
