Azerbaijani President lays foundation stone for Baku Health Center - PHOTOS

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today laid a foundation stone for the Baku Health Center.

Accompanied by first lady Mehriban Aliyeva, the President viewed the Center`s draft model and photos featuring the future appearance of the facility.

Health minister Ogtay Shiraliyev said the Center would feature 6- and 12-floor buildings with the total area of 45,000 square meters. According to the minister, the construction work would involve nearly 200 workers. Shiraliyev said the state-of-the-art facility would have 500 beds.

The President spoke to constructors, and wished them successes.
