Employees of Azerbaijani Ombudsman Office meet arrested persons

Employees of the Ombudsman Office visited Baku detention centre of the Penal Service of the Justice Ministry.

They met with some of the individuals under investigation, the press service of the Ombudsman said.

Representatives of the Ombudsman also met with the chairman of the Islamic Party Movsum Samedov, head of the central executive office of the Musavat Party, Arif Hajili, Tural Abbasli and Taleh Bagirov.

During the meeting, they did not complain about conditions of detention and treatment by the staff of the center.

Most of the detainees complained about the investigation, which is held with regards to them.
