Nargiz Pashayeva: Hi-tech can't solve humanitarian problems - VIDEO

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev presented state awards to foreign citizens, who have made notable contributions to the development of bilateral relations with Russia in the fields of education and culture.

The Friendship Order was awarded to the Chancellor of the Baku branch of the Lomonosov Moscow State Univeristy, Professor Nargiz Pashayeva. RIA Novosti had the opportunity to interview her after the ceremony.

She shared her views on the role of education in today’s society and discussed the significance of Russian culture in the world.
