Charged of death threats and beatings, Azerbaijani citizen Salamov was imprisoned for 4 years. When released in April, he went back to his wife's house.

One day after a feast, Salamov broke the lock of a metallic box with an ax and took out a weapon. He wanted to celebrate his liberation with shots. Firing at the sky, he went to an open forest and resumed "celebration", Russian sources reported.

Reportedly, a group of police arrived at the scene where Salamov directed the weapon to them and opened fire. During the arrest he beat one of the law-enforcement officers with the butt of the weapon.

The regional prosecutor's office launched a criminal case on article "The use of violence against the government representative".

For such "celebration", he is supposed to be jailed for up to 5 years again.
