Ice precipitation in Guba region

Weather conditions changed drastically in Guba region of Azerbaijan this afternoon.

Ice precipitation hit the central part of the region beginning at 15.00. Later heavy rains replaced the hail flooding some facilities in the town of Guba and cutting energy supply temporarily.
