Deputy Minister: 720 policemen were punished for wrongdoings in the past three years

Some 720 policemen were punished for wrongdoings in Azerbaijan in the past three years, Deputy Interior Minister Oruj Zalov said at the international conference on "Community policing" project organized by OSCE Office in Baku.

Deputy Minister said 14 policemen had faced criminal charges, 36 had been dismissed for wrongdoings.
