Hosni Mubarak’s monument in Khirdalan taken down, school bearing name of Suzanne Mubarak will be called school of Egypt

Monument of Egypt’s former president Hosni Mubarak in Azerbaijan-Egypt Friendship Park, situated in Khirdalan city of Absheron region, was taken down.

Khirdalan city executive representative Fikrat Orujov said that Mubarak’s monument was replaced with Egypt’s symbol calligrapher: The new monument is a unique symbol.

Orujov said that school ¹ 9, situated in Khirdalan city will not bear any longer the name of Mubarak’s spouse Suzanne Mubarak: "Now that educational establishment is called "school of Egypt". It happened because of president’s changing in Egypt. But our friendship with Egypt will continue hereupon".
