Personal stipend of Azerbaijani President awarded to cultural figure

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order to award Ramiz Fataliyev the personal stipend of the President of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

Personal Presidential stipend was awarded to Fataliyev for his merits in the development of film art in Azerbaijan.

The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to resolve all questions arising from the order.
