Road accident kills young boy in Binagadi district

Yesterday night, at approximately 01:00 a.m., a lethal traffic accident occurred in Binagadi district, the police department of the district said.

A pedestrian was run over in a highway leading to Mehdabad settlement.

"An unidentified vehicle hit resident of Goranboy region Bayramov Khalid Saxavat, 1989. The driver escaped from the spot right after the incident. The 22-old boy died on the site", the source said.

The investigation is under way, the driver is being searched.
