Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers approves design and example of e-visa form

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan approved the design and example of e-visa form, the Cabinet sources said.

The design of e-visa form issued by the embassies and consulates of Azerbaijan for the foreigners and non-citizens traveling to Azerbaijan is in accordance with the Part 2 of document 9303 adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). E-visa is issued in A4 format with photo 35mmx45mm in left top of the form.

It contains personal data and other information about the person who receives the visa.

E-visa parameters are in English and Azerbaijani. Data required for the visa form is issued in English.
