
Two judges are deprived of authorities for allowance of actions that create favorable conditions for corruption only in recent months in Azerbaijan, Judicial-Legal Council said.
Administrative proceedings were initiated against seven judges for allowance of actions that create favorable conditions for corruption.
The Judicial-Legal Council’s meeting chaired by the Justice Minister, Council Chairman Fikret Mammadov discussed the cases that cause major discontent, and additional measures to eliminate them.
A decision was taken at the meeting to bring one judge to administrative liability and initiate administrative proceedings against another judge for allowance of law violations.
