SOCAR makes statement on fire took place at Ethylene-Polyethylene Plant

As a result of the fire occurred on May 19, at 15.00, at SOCAR’s Azerkimya Industrial Union’s Ethylene-Polyethylene Plant, 1979-year-old power engineering specialist Ilkin Hatamov and 1959-year-old electric mechanic Agil Naghiyev received serious wounds. They were taken to #5 hospital of Baku.

SOCAR made statement on it. Statement reads though efforts of doctors, it was impossible to save Naghiyev’s life. But Ilkin Hatamov is recovering. Investigations are underway on the fact. People will be informed about the results of the investigations.
