Azerbaijani President conferred honorary diploma of President of Azerbaijan Republic to Eurovision-2011 song contest winners.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order on awarding winners of the Eurovision-2011 song contest Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jemal with honorary diploma of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
