Azerbaijan University of Languages hosts conference on Austrian literature days

Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) has today hosted a conference titled "Austrian literature days in Baku".

Rector of the university, MP Samad Seyidov, Austrian ambassador to Azerbaijan Sylvia Meier-Kajbic, as well as, representatives of the Austrian universities also participated in the event co-organized by AUL and Austrian Embassy in Baku.

Seyidov, in his opening remarks, spoke of literature relationships between the two country's universities and highlighted the importance of the activity of Austria center in AUL.

Meier-Kajbic noted the conference would contribute to expanding bilateral relations in education, culture and literature spheres.

The representatives of AUL and Austria's Alpen-Adria University signed an agreement on mutual cooperation.
