Individuals willing to work in customs bodies may apply via internet, Chairman of the State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev said.
To him, in December, after the launching of SCC’s new website, recruitment and applications for participation in test examinations are realized via internet: "Recruitment is carried out very transparently via computer. Persons who answer 80 from 100 questions pass into the next stage. They are interviewed and then provided with work for his/her specialty".
The Committee chairman said that test questions for recruitment are about general issues and customs work: "During the last test, 15-16 persons have been recruited. I must note that the work in customs service is always popular among citizens".
Aliyev noted that customs bodies were considered law-enforcement bodies, that is why, recruited persons might work at each post: "Man carrying a shoulder strap must understand that he is an officer and he must serve anywhere".
