Discussions on "compulsory insurance" held in Baku

Azerbaijan Insurers Association’s Executive Director Azer Aliyev and the Deputy Chairman of Economic Policy Committee of Milli Majlis, head of working group on discussions of draft law on "compulsory insurance" Chingiz Asadullayev have held a meeting.

According to the AIA, affirmation of draft law will create opportunity to provide the security of property, the state funds and protect them from risks.

Asadullayev noted that, there was discrepancy among the reforms, dynamics of accelerated economic development and development of insurance market: "This draft law will absolutely decrease the disbalance, but it needs to optimize and make intelligible for the population", he said.

He recommended reviewing the technical aspects of draft law separately, searching the methods on control to fulfillment of draft law, including making proposals about difficulties on implementation of project in the regions.
