Azerbaijan General Prosecutor Office’s prosecutor dies in traffic crash

Traffic accident happened on Baku-Shamaki road resulting death.

Inspector of interrogation and investigation section of the Head of State Traffic Police Department Rafiq Hasanov said that the accident occurred on the 126th km of the Baku-Shamakhi road.

"Hyundai Sonata" under BR478 transit number managed by Republic Prosecutor Office’s officer Elshan Sadigov Ogtay oglu, left the road and crashed to the tree. As a result of accident driver Elshan Sadigov died at the scene, and passenger (his identity is not established yet) in a serious condition. Passenger was reportedly hospitalized. The accident is under investigation.
