Estonia announces Scholarship Program for students Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Belarus

Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, University of Tartu and Center for Baltic Studies offer scholarships for the study year 2011-2012 to students from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Belarus to participate in the Baltic Sea Region Studies MA Program in the Tartu University, Estonia.

The scholarship covers tuition free (3200 EUR per year), travel to and from Tartu, resident permit and insurance.

A deadline for application is May 1.
