Guba mass burial site to be closed from April 5

A mass burial site of the victims of genocide committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis in Guba will be closed from April 5, said head of the Guba genocide expedition, Senior fellow of the Azerbaijan Archeology and Ethnography Institute Gahraman Aghayev said.

He said the burial site would be closed because of genocide museum construction and chemical treatment of the bones in the mass grave. Aghayev said they would discuss the issues related to the construction work at the meeting in Guba tomorrow.
