Special commission under Azerbaijani State Property Committee suppresses all facts of civil rights violations

A special commission was established under the Azerbaijani State Property Committee to strengthen the work of considering the appeals and complaints of the population, the report said.

A special commission was established to ensure transparency while implementing the functions and duties, increasing efficiency of considering complaints, bringing the property registration services rendered to the population in line with the modern requirements of quality and protecting the rights of citizens, the report said.

The special commission began working over the primary analysis, classification and adopting certain measures while applying to the State Committee due to violations of citizens' rights, as well as the facts of the bureaucracy within the law "Rules of considering Azerbaijani citizens' rights".

A special working group of representatives from the relevant bodies of the state committee was also established, a report said. The commission and a working groups suppress the facts of civil rights violations, abuse of power by officials, as well as the facts of the bureaucracy.
