In case of death of disabled war veteran in Azerbaijan, preferential housing registration will be preserved for his family members

Draft law on annexes to the law on "Preventing disability and handicap in children, rehabilitation and social protection of the disabled persons and handicapped children" has been discussed at today’s meeting of the Azerbaijani parliament.

The parliamentarians expressed their views, voting was held and the document was adopted.

According to the law, in case of death of the disabled war veteran registered as a person in need of improvement of housing conditions, preferential housing registration will be preserved for his family members. The families of the dead disabled war veterans will be able to use the right to get an appartment.
