Azerbaijani citizen arrested in Surgut

Azerbaijani citizen suspected in preparing and selling a large consignment of heroin was arrested in Surgut (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District), KMAD Prosecutor’s Office reported, referring to Interfax.

According to the report, about 1 kg of heroin was withdrawn from the Azerbaijani citizen. The criminal case is issued under Article “preparation and sale of drugs on a large scale”. He may be deprived of freedom for up to 20 years in accordance with the criminal responsibility.
