Second International Mugham Festival to start in Baku today

The Second International Mugham Festival will start in Baku today.
The format of the festival remains unchanged. The festival is expected to bring together young mugham singers. The jury includes both local and foreign experts.

Co-organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Azerbaijan Union of Composers, the festival will open at the international Mugham Center and last for 8 days. The First International Mugham Festival was held in 2009.
