Woman beaten to death in Baku

Today, in Khatai district of Baku a murder took place, according to the General Police office of Baku.
According to the received information, Suleyman Shahbazov beat Sevinc Mehtiyeva to death. Later, Shahbazov was arrested by the police of the 35th department of Khatai district. Shahbazov was also previously convicted.

As of now, there is no known motive for the committed crime. A case has been filed according to te relevant article of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
