Armenian who ordered terrorist attack in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy is wanted by Interpol

The Court of Serious Crimes is holding a hearing on mass killing at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
Judge Ramella Allahverdiyeva presides over the hearing. The public prosecutor declared the indictment. The defendants did not admit their guilt and objected to the indictment.

Defendants Nadir Aliyev, Ariz Gabulov, Javidan Amirov and Najaf Suleymanov closed their ears and turned their backs to the court in protest when the indictment was read out .
 
Public Prosecutor on the case Yusif Abdullayev said an international search has been announced in respect to person of Armenian origin who ordered the terrorist act in the Oil Academy.

Abdullayev said that Martin Gumashyan, who ordered the shooting, have is wanted by Interpol.

An armed man attacked Building 2 of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy at early morning on April 30, 2009 killing 12 and wounded 13. The joint statement by the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office said the attack was committed by 29-year-old Georgian citizen Gadirov Farda Asad oglu by Makarov revolver.

Defendant Amirov Javidan Farman is charged with the articles 214.2.1 (terrorism), 28, 120.2.1 (preparation to deliberate murder), 120.2.3, 120.2.4, 120.2.5, 120.2.7, 120.2.10, 120.2.11, 120.2.12 (deliberate murder), 29 (attempt to deliberate murder), 206.4 (organized smuggling), 228.2.2, 228.3 (illegal storage, saving and carrying of arms and ammunitions), 234.1 (illegal storage and carrying of narcotic drugs), Aliyev Nadir Shirkhan and Suleymanov Najaf Novruz with articles 214.2.1, 214.2.3, 120.2.1, 120.2.3, 120.2.4, 120.2.5, 120.2.7, 120.2.10, 120.2.11, 120.2.12, 228.2.2, 228.3, 206.4, 228.3, Gabulov Ariz Zahid with articles 206.3 and 228.2.1 of the Criminal Code.

The criminal case launched against Farda Gadirov was dropped because of his suicide.

The General Prosecutor’s Office finished the criminal investigation of the cases of above-mentioned persons and sent the materials to the Court of Grave Crimes on March 29, 2010.
