Azerbaijan sets additional benefits and incentives for young professionals

The Azerbaijani government has set additional benefits and incentives for young professionals.
The government defined additional benefits and incentives for young graduates from universities and secondary special institutions of pedagogical profile, who start their careers in secondary schools.

To stimulate employ of young professionals in the rural education facilities and to meet cadre demand in rural schools, the government will pay monthly compensation in the amount of 40 manat for payment of communal service to persons who, under the governmental orders, will begin labor activity at these institutions and will work there for three years,according to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision.

Under the decree, the local authorities together with the municipality will provide the necessary assistance to young professionals to meet the needs, receive land for permanent residence and obtain a mortgage loan. "Anyone, who will start career in the comprehensive school at a distance of over 20 kilometers from the regional center, will receive more 70 manat to the monthly salary within three years," the decree says.  

In addition, the government will allocate one-time cash assistance fro covering travel and transportation expenses, as well as for transportation of property.
