Azerbaijan's State Migration Service decided to deport 838 foreigners

About 774 foreigners in connection with the rules envisaged in articles of the Code of Administrative Violations are planned to be deported in 48 hours, and 64 foreigners in connection with administrative regulations, Head of ASMS Public Relations Department, Zarnishan Ahmedova said.

As a result of measures on prevention of illegal immigration ASMS employees found 1,145 facts of violations of rules of permanent and permanent, engage in labor activity in Azerbaijan by foreigners and individuals without citizenship.

During this period, ASMS received 4,361 appeals from foreigners in connection with the extension of temporary residence in the country, issuing permits for temporary and permanent residence, naturalization, restoration, loss of citizenship, as well as the definition of citizenship and refugee status, issuing of individual permits for the conduct of activities and the extension of term of the existing individual permits.
