Date of entrance exams to Azerbaijani high schools announced

Examinations for the third group of specialties will be held on July 4, the first group - July 14, the fourth - July 17 and the second group - July 23, the Azerbaijani State Commission on Students Admission Maleyka Abbaszade said at a press conference today.

Applications are accepted from April 20 till May 31.

Registration of enrollees for specialties requiring special skills, will be held from April 30-May 31. The last date for approval of applications for participation in the first exam on the Azerbaijani language among students of Russian sector will be 14 May. The first exam on the Azerbaijani language will be held on May 23, the second - June 20.

Applications for admission to secondary technical schools will be held June 28 - July 29. Entrance examinations for secondary vocational schools will be held on August 29. Examinations for such skills as musical arts, visual arts, theater, cinema, arts choreography, will be held July 8-14, architecture and design - July 15-21, Sport - July 21-28.

Examinations for admission to secondary technical schools, requiring special abilities, will be held July 20-27. The selection of specialties in universities will be conducted from July 25 to August 2.
