A plane en route from Lahore (Pakistan) to Manchester made an emergency landing Wednesday in Baku after an underage passenger felt sick, officials said.

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Health said in a statement that aircraft, operated by Pakistan Airlines, made the emergency landing at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport after a 4-month-old baby Alisa Khalid had symptoms of fever and convulsions.
After landing, the child was taken in ambulance to the Pediatrics Research & Development Institute and placed in the emergency room for intensive care.
Currently, the baby’s health condition is stable and he will leave Azerbaijan with his mother in a few days.
