Azerbaijani president awards title to Constitutional Court chairman

President Ilham Aliyev has decreed to award title of Honorary Lawyer of Azerbaijan Republic to Chairman of the Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev.
The title was conferred on Abdullayev for his long-term activity in judicial system.
