Activity of some sport federations of Azerbaijan can be suspended

Ministry of Youth and Sports is registering sport federations, functioning in Azerbaijan, said the press service for the Ministry of Youth and Sports. "The registration is held for the purpose of establishing closer and more fruitful ties between the Ministry of sport and federations, ensuring purposeful training of teams to the competitions and the timely resolution of current problems", said the press service for the Ministry.

The federations must submit a number of documents, including certificate about their recognition by the National Olympic Committee and international federation.

The activity of a federation that will not pass registration in time will be suspended.
