Azerbaijan's space satellite to be launched in 2010-2011

I do not think that the works for launching the space satellite are slow, said deputy Minister of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Iltimas Mamedov.
"Talks are held and the exact cost of the project is being defined. Talks are also held about the place for launching the satellite. The orbital position is being defined. I think that the maximal term of launching our satellite is 2010-2011", said Mamedov.

The approximate cost of the project is notably estimated at $100,000,000-170,000,000.
