Maniac committing sexual abuse against 6-year-old boy before people's eyes in the street arrested in Azerbaijani capital

A maniac, who committed sexual abuse against a six-year-old child, has been arrested in Azerbaijan’s capital.
Binagadi District Police Office told APA that Abdullayev Elvin Akif, 17, committed sexual abuse against a 6-year-old boy, whose name is not specified. The maniac reportedly did it in the street, in front of the people.

Elvin Abdullayev was arrested by the district police. He faced charges under article 150 (sexual abuse) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
