Wife of Azadlyg newspaper correspondent: "My husband was transferred back to prison, though he has not been fully examined"

Day.Az reports with reference to the Institute for Reporters Freedom and Safety that the due information was provided by journalist's spouse Rena Zahidova.

She noted that they were informed about Sakit's return to the correctional facility.

"I have personally asked the penitentiary system to hold him for another week in the medical facility. They promised me to meet my request. My husband was transferred back to jail ahead of time, though he has not been fully examined", noted Zahidova.

It should be noted that on September 18 Mirza Sakit was transferred from jail No 14 to medical facility of the penitentiary system due to rheumatism.
