Websites of several state structures of Azerbaijan hacked - UPDATED

An unknown hacked on the websites of several state structures of Azerbaijan.
The following websites were hacked:

- Ministry of Agriculture;
- State Agency on Standardization and Metrology;
- State Auditing Chamber;
- Center of judicial expertise of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry;
- Educational Center "21st century".

By hacking on the websites, the unknown left the notes, according to which he wants to get education abroad, but he is unable to do it because of some corrupted teachers.
