Azerbaijan has no conditions for foreign students

Azerbaijan has not created necessary living conditions for residence of foreign students, said Education Minister Misir Mardanov, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.
"Hostels, envisioned for foreign students, are occupied by internally displaced persons and refugees and Education Ministry can not drive them out of there", said he at a press conference on the exhibition "Career and education".

He said that is why the number of foreign students in Azerbaijan is not increasing.

Today, Azerbaijani high schools account for over 6000 foreign students with over 4000 of them from Turkey.
